Application Analyst
Salary: Grade G/H - £30,585 - £38,883 per annum
Full-time, 36 hours per week (part time hours will be considered)
Based in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames

About the role
Working in the Application Support team, you’ll be responsible for the provision of application support, management and development services.

We would like to hear from you if you have 
  • A good knowledge of Northgate Housing Modules. Specialisms include Repairs, Rents, Service Charges and Estates modules.  
  • Experience and understanding of System configuration and batch processing are essential as well as the use of tools used such as Toad and Business Objects,
  • The ability to write SQL scripts and knowledge of key Housing processes is vital.
  • Experience of capturing end user requirements, configuring, interface testing and understanding of system integration is needed for this role.
About you
In order to successfully deliver the responsibilities of the role, you will need:
  • To have experience of complex application support environments
  • Be familiar with systems supporting specific business functions or processes.
  • Be able to work successfully with key stakeholders within and outside of the Council
  • Be familiar with testing techniques used to plan and execute software tests of application components
