Salary Details: RBK Grade D £22,185 - £23,826

Job Term: Full Time

Location: South Team, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames

 

About the role

This is an opportunity to join the Estate Services team which provides a highly visible and customer focused service to tenants and leaseholders of the council. Our ESOs play a vital role in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and overall upkeep at our blocks of flats and communal areas, across our housing estates. As well as undertaking cleaning duties, you will ensure that health and safety checks are carried out accurately and efficiently. You will also be part of the team responsible for using a vehicle for the rapid removal of fly tip rubbish to provide a first class service to our residents.

 

About you

You will be highly motivated and a team player, keen to provide an excellent service at all times. The Estate Services team is currently developing and moving towards digital working practices, therefore, a basic knowledge of IT is desirable. The team is flexible and covers a wide area, so we’re seeking drivers for the current roles. If successful you will work Monday to Friday [state working hours] and be based in a neighbourhood Estate Services team office in Surbiton.
