About the role
As a lead officer you will lead your teams to successfully deliver a range of outcomes within the Residential Enforcement Team.

The role covers private sector housing and renewal being responsible for investigating and dealing effectively with nuisance complaints, including noise, housing standards, HMO licensing and public health.

The Lead Officer role oversees a team of officers that carry out enforcement work across both boroughs and is an opportunity to make a real impact by driving up housing standards, and improving the quality of life for residents.

About you
The Shared Service is a professional service requiring technical knowledge and expertise. We are seeking someone with wide experience within the private housing sector, and the passion to deliver high quality effective services to our residents while exploring innovative solutions in challenging climates.

As a manager you will be organised, diligent and flexible, with good communication skills and able to work on your own initiative. You will have experience of monitoring budgets.

The Shared Service works across two boroughs with offices based in the attractive Kingston town centre and the leafy suburb of Carshalton and we offer agile and flexible working.
